| The way our system is now a two law-makers can get together under the right conditions and appropriate state dollars where they desire. I plan to immediately introduce legislation that would require all budget appropriations to go through the budget committee for a review and approval. |

| It is vital now more than ever, that we elect someone that knows how to defeat legislation that infringes upon our rights as citizens of the United States and as Citizens of this Great State of Florida.
If elected I will immediately begin drafting “nullification” legislation that ensures every legal citizen of Florida will continue to be a citizen of Florida regardless of whether they want to purchase health insurance or not.
